Singapore Airlines resumes nonstop flights to US
SINGAPORE Airlines has chosen the new version of the ‘Ultra-Long Range’ version of the Airbus, A350-900 for its nonstop flights to the United States
Seven of the ultra long range planes will be delivered with a capacity for flights up to 19 hours. The airline has also placed an order for four A350-900s, bringing its total firm orders for the A350 XWB to 67.
Optimized for nonstop flights to United States, and designated by the name A350-900ULR (Ultra-Long Range) aircraft modified to incorporate an increased fuel capacity, with an increase in its maximum weight at takeoff fuel system plus aerodynamic improvements, which will allow them to cover services to the US West Coast and New York,
