Panama Pacific beats drum in Atlanta

Delegates from the Panama Pacific Special Economic Area headed to Atlanta, Georgia, last week  to drum, up business  with Southeast US companies seeking a location  near the Panama Canal.

During the trip, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce  (AMCHAM), the team met with executives representing multinational corporations to present the advantages of growing their business in a mixed-use development in Panama.

Some of the key topics shared during business meetings included, legal, labor, immigration and customs and tax incentives offered to registered companies and those that wish to operate in the Special Economic Area.
