Committee dithers over accused Judge
THE FUTURE of accused Supreme Court Judge, Victor Benavides is still in the balance as the National Assembly three person’s Credentials Subcommittee evaluating the complaint against him have not reach an agreement or made any recommendation.
Now it will be up to the members of the Credentials Committee to decide whether to admit the complaint against Benavides.
This subcommittee consist of : Ana Matilde Gomez, Marylín Vallarino and Elias Castillo.
On April 21 the firm Vega & Alvarez, filed the complaint against Judge Benavides for alleged crimes against sexual freedom and integrity, (pedopholia), public administration and others that might be incurred.
