18 hurt in rush hour accident

18 PASSENGERS were injured in a rush hour accident at the entrance to Panama Pacifico, on Tuesday morning, March 11.

The incident created a massive traffic jam on the highway joining Arraijan and Chorrera to Panama City,

Panama Pacifico is located on the former Howard Air Force Base. The extent of the injuries is not known, but there were no fatalities, according to civil defense agency, Sinaproc. The investigation is continuing
