Four dead in early morning collision

A HEAD-ON collision between a car and a pickup truck caused the deaths of four people early on Wednesday December 18.

The accident happened at 5.45 a.m. in Loma Cova, Arraiján according to raffic policereports. Transit officers on the scene waited for staff of the public prosecutor's office so that the bodies can be removed.

The fatalities were all in the car. The occupants of the pickup truck were rushed to Santo Tomas hospital.
This accident occurred in the third lane that is opened daily to facilitate vehicular traffic from West Panama to Panama City.
