First Metro Bus fatality

The first fatality involving a Metro Bus occurred on the last day of Holy Week, Sunday, March 31.

 The Transit Authority (ATTT) confirmed that a Metro Bus bus ran over and killed a man in Juan Díaz.
According to the ATTT, an investigation has been started to determine the cause of the accident.
The agency said that Metro Bus operator Mi Bus will also be expected to investigate the accident and determine responsibility.
The Diablos Rojos,the predecessors to Metro Bus had a long record of accidents involving serious injuries and fatalities.
