Gas prices down for Christmas

A Christmassy weekend (without the snow) is on the cards for Panama.

With Saturday evening,   set for Carols By Candlelight in Plaza de Francia, Casco Viejo, and Sunday the Christmas parade, Santa, via the National Secretariat of Energy is introducing another cut in the price of gasoline.
With Christmas comes denser traffic, so while you sit gritting your teeth at your favorite blocked intersection, be thankful that it won’t be costing you as much as last weekend.
The price of a gallon of gasoline and low sulfur diesel will suffer a decline. A gallon of 91 octane gasoline will drop nine cents and 95 octane will fall one cent A gallon of low-sulfur diesel will decrease four cents.
So, starting Saturday these are the prices you will see at the pumps; 91 octane $3.63 …95 octane $3.87 … diesel $3.75
