Henriquez promises speed up in bus compensation

Minister of the Presidency Roberto Henriquez, vowed on Monday, August 13, to speed up the process of compensation for owners of discarded diablos rojos which, for various reasons, have not been completed.

Henriquez said that streamlining the clearing system will consist of the initiation series of meetings with the involved parties,which began Monday.

Included are the director of the Transit Authority (ATTT), Ventura Vega and representatives of the 10 transportation routes that have yet to be compensated
"There are elements that have had delays and we must hasten to allocate time and the fulfillment of this important project," said the Minister.
"The meeting has been positive, we'll finish the whole process … we are reviewing a case by case with carriers to expedite the process of compensation," said Henriquez at the end of the meeting with more than 40 leading carriers of Panama and San Miguelito.
