Land theft benefactors public knowledge says former official

"It is public knowledge who has stolen state land in Juan Hombrón" says former former director of the titling authority, Cadastre.

Publio Cortes, came forward  after the disclosure of a video recording with alleged details of the granting of land to the family of Minister of the Presidency, Demetrio Papadimitriu.  The video is appearing on YouTube.

Cortes  reportedly blocked the land transfers before being replaced in office by Anabelle Villamonte who is now facing charges in connection with titling in Paitilla while  Director of Anati. She was recently acquitted in the Juan Hombrón  scandal, but  the  ruling has been appealed.

Cortes called for  the return to the nation of 54.3 hectares located on the coast of Cocle.
