More red devils coming to Panama

Those hoping to see the last of the diablos rojos in the coming weeks are in for a long wait as the government  reverses a previous order banning the importation of the worn out US school wrecks.

While current owners of the noisy, polluting vehicles are being paid $25,000  each as they are pulled out of service and replaced by Metro buses made by Volvo,  the word is out that they will be seen on the roads long after the promised deadline. as Panamanian citizens can once again import the worn out left-overs.
