Cocktails in Greece promote Panama flag

President, Ricardo Martinelli, was in Greece for two activities related to the international maritime industry.says tourism manager Salomon Shamah.

He told the media that Martinelli was at a cocktail offered by the Ambassador of Panama in Greece for the owners and representatives of shipping companies worldwide. 

Martinelli had the opportunity to reaffirm ties with shippers and consolidate Panama as the first international ship register.

 Shamah recalled that  the registration of vessels is one of the most important industries of the country,

.Martinelli and his delegation also visited the International Maritime Exhibition, held in the Greek town of Posidonia week. 

According to Shamah, Panama was one of the best exhibits at the event center.  Shamah also talked about rudeness they to Martinelli at the meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, of the International Labour Organization.
