Passenger culture program for Metro

While the boring of the Metro subway is advancing, a program is being developed to  introduce the public to  “The Culture of the Metro”.

The announcement was made Metro executive secretary Robert Roy   As the second of two giant  tunnel boring machine (TBM) is being  assembled in San Miguelito before it starts on its journey to meet another heading from Albrook to Iglesia del Carmen on via Espana

The  program, which will cover buses and the subway  system will explain how to use the public transport system, its advantages and how to pay. The program is to provide information and education to citizens, and will begin soon said Roy.

In the meantime work is beginning on an overhead rail line to cross Transismica starting with the construction of piles and. The construction after that will be like using Lego, he said with  everything being carried to the site and assembled there.  The line will eventually eventually reach Los Angeles.  According to Roy, the work of the Metro will be completed in the summer of 2014
