WHAT THE PAPERS SAY: A cabinet tailored to fit the president

Panama is ending the year with a particular scenario: each crisis a different  ministry. Corruption cases have been divided across the board.

This perception is  experienced at various levels of government. These reasons are sufficient  to initiate and support a change in the cabinet. But many doubt, because the tendency has been to form a cabinet tailored to fit the president   Is it likely the formula will be repeated with a change of  ministers?  It is likely, since he had an opportunity and did not take it when there were spaces after the break up of the alliance with the Panamanistas. .At that time it  would have been  of great significance  for democracy to increase   power sharing dy, gender or to broaden the representation of the provinces. None of that happened. Maybe that's why what is expected now is that the president will repeat the same formula: close ranks with those close to him in the CD.
