More last minutes sales in Juan Hombron

Nine days before the Public Registry registration time limit ordered by the National Land Authority (Anati) on 14 farms in Juan Hombrón, there were three new "sales".

The latest transfers, formalized October 31, highlighted a singular fact says La Prensa: the lawyers and spouses Luis Alberto Robles and Joavana Fonseca appear as  subscribers of three companies owning 10 of the 14 farms transferred without charge by the former director of Titling Anabelle Anati Villamonte.

The 10 farms, representing 36.8 of the 54 hectares transferred at no cost, now belong to the companies Trapp Real Estate Corp., Homrom Business Investment Corporation Holding SA and Laufen, all signed by Fonseca and Robles.

As in all cases of prior "sale" r, the latter transactions were granted at the assessed value at the time by Villamonte.

The lawyers Foneca Robles, were involved from the beginning of the process with the network of corporations that achieved rapid recognition of rights of possession on the beach in Juan Hombrón. “They have never wanted to talk to this newspaper” says La Prensa
