DEA smashes 80 strong Panama drug ring
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in Panama has busted an 80 member drug ring ending a two year operation.

Drug Prosecutor Javier Caraballo said the organization, among other criminal activities, gave support to Colombian insurgent groups and their leader worked with the late drug lord Pablo Escobar.
Raids took place in Panama, La Chorrera and Colon, using sky, sea and land units to capture the gang members.
