600 diablos rojos to be sold for scrap

Six hundred diablos rojos bought  from the owners for $25,000 apiece,  are to be auctioned for scrap.

They are sitting in a yard in Howard awaiting a public tender in the next few days. The move has been approved by the transportation authority (ATTT) and published in the official gazette.
