IMF chiefs arrest sparks rash of sexual assault complaints

If the arrest of   Dominique Strauss-Kahn on sexual assault allegations is not a set up, as alleged in a EU report published in Newsroom on Thursday (https://www.newsroompanama.com/business/2851–a-new-twist-on-mif-sex-scandal-missing-gold-in-fort-knox.html) it  still has had a big effect in France.

The number of sexual harassment complaints submitted to women's support groups in France has risen 600 per cent sincethe arrest of former IMF czar . Olivia Cattan, president of Paroles de Femmes, told the Independent: "The telephone never stops ringing… It's as if an invisible barrier has broken."

There  are no reports of a similar upsurge in Panama.
