Anibal Galindo

He was   referring  to the case of the current administrator of Panama’s Tourism Authority , Salo (Salomon) Shamah, whose office  has been entangled in scandal after the United States withdrew his visa on the eve of a trip to Washington when President Ricardo Martinelli traveled there to meet President Barack Obama. U.S. diplomatic cables published on Wikileaks says that Shamah has allegedly been linked to drug trafficking.

On the Channel 4  Open Debate program, May 22, Galindo, a CD acolyte, said the visa issue was a decision of the United States, but he  would like the U.S. government to  say why individual  visas are  withdrawn.

People he said shouild follow the decisions of the presiident.
Talking of proposed changes to cabinet, which Martinelli has promised for July he said "no one is indispensable," and the country is full of good people for Martinelli to choose from.
