New rush hour plans for Centennial Bridge

Rush hours on Panama’s Centennial bridge may be eased starting Monday, April 11, with the changing of traffic patterns

From Monday to Saturday there will be three lanes open From 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., there will be two lanes open heading into the city, and one lane heading to the interior. Then traffic will be reduced to two lanes, in each direction, until 4 p.m. when a second lane heading to the interior will be open.

Repairs on the access road leading to the bridge. Are continuing, and are expected to be completed in August or September.
