Gas going down log jams up

Gasoline prices in Panama will drop 4 cents a gallons, starting Dec. 4, but what you save at the pumps will likely be expended as you sit in the increasing pre-Christmas traffic snarls.

Government authorities have warned drivers to prepare for more log jams through at least the next two years as work starts on the Metro subway system and flyover construction in several parts of the city.
With the cut, a gallon of 95 octane will cost $3.27 and of 91 octane, will cost $3.06.
A gallon of diesel will drop eight cents to $2.89.
These prices will reamin in effect until Dec. 17, 2010. Out of the 24 adjustments to fuel prices this year, 17 have been upward.
