Carnage averted for upcoming award winning Theatre Guild production

Carnage it nearly was. With only a couple of weeks to go, the Ancon Theatre Guild’s  presentation of the multiple award winning play  God of Carnage,  director Kimberly Hall was still facing  problems  with the license holders.

While “the show must go on”   has a good ring to it, without a license the curtain can’t rise. But while    during the day  Kimberly fought the paper work battle,  at night  she and her   four actors, and  production team  carried on with  rehearsals.. Approval was finally received and the show  which promises to be another Guild hit, is in the final presentation  mode.

Opening night will be Thursday October 7, at 7.45 p.m. (arrive early to  mix with the theater crowd at the patio bar) and there will be performances on October 8 and 9 and 14-16.

This is the play that wowed the critics on both sides of the Atlantic, and had them rocking in their seats.  It’s time to challenge tjheir laughter decibel level, and you’ll smile at the price  of admission, only $10.
