Relative of Wild Bill victim helping with identification

Officials from the criminal branch of Panama’s Forensic Sciences Institute collected blood samples on Monday, August 30, from the daughter of Mark Francis Allen, also known as Mike Brown, who was living under a US witness protection plan.

They want to determine if it was his body that was founr in Bocas del Toro.
He is believed  to have been murdered by William "WIld Bill " Dathan Holbert,  Authorities have discovered five bodies of murder victims that he has confessed to killing , but identifying them has been a slow process with the authorities having difficulty in finding relatives to come forward to hep with the process by providing DNA samples..
According to the testimony of Holbert, he killed Allen, his wife and their son in 2007 to steal money and property from them.
Authorities have identified the body of Cheryl Hughes, the last of the five victims who was murdered in March. They are also trying to confirm the identity of the final victim, Bo Icelar,  murdered last year
