Multiple killer wants lawyer during psychiatric assessment tests
Confessed multiple killer William “Wild Bill” Dathan Holbert called for the presence of his lawyer and a translator at Panama’s Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences where he was taken on Friday (Aug 6) for psychiatric and psychological tests.
Naphtali Jaén, advisor to the office of stand-in Attorney General, Giuseppe Bonissi, told Telemetro Report that specialists have found the prisoner “tense and reluctant" to cooperate with investigations.
Jaen said that Wild Bill has been moved to a maximum security cell where it will remain while the assistant prosecutor, Angel Calderon, continues with the investigations
In addition to determining his mental condition the tests are also looking to discover how he and his wife executed their victims, said Jaén.
