Escaped killer heading to Panama to complete jail sentence

An escapee from La Joyita prison in Panama where he had been serving 20 years for his role in a Satanic killing, is to be repatriated to Panama from Mexico.

Frank Luzer Pardo, has been held in a Mexican prison north east of the city of Tepic, in Nayarit State where he had been identified as a murderer in the pay of a drug cartel.
Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs agreed to extradite him to Panama.
Luzer Pardo, 47 was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the killing of Batista Oristela in December 1995, in the province of Los Santos.
He stillo has has to serve 10 years and 183 days that remain of the 20 years in prison to which he was sentenced in August 2000 in Las Tablas.
He was serving his sentence in Panama when he escaped on August 14, 2006. Ahe was sentenced along with his brother his brother Sandy, 44, when Oristela Batista, who was stabbed in an alleged satanic ritual in El Ejido de Los Santos.
