Panama heading for world class transportation system –minister
Panama will soon have a a world-class transportation says Minister of Public Works, Federico José Suárez.
He was speaking on news program, Telemetro Report.
He said that That while, Panama will have to suffer a "little bit of trauma" during the coming years because of drastic infrastructure works, in the long run, "the country will benefit from a first-class transportation system."
Among projects being promoted by the Ministry were the building of 16 Intersections and the completion of the Northern Corridor. These will be complemented by the new metro system.
