Copa Airlines increases flights to Cuba
Copa Airlines flights to and from Havana, Cuba will be increased from next July, said airline executives in the Cuban capital.
To meet increased demand there will be to five return daily flights from Panama to Cuba with a capacity of 124-155 passengers per trip.
The company, which recently celebrated 15 years of operations in Cuba, now links to the international airport José Martí in Havana with a further 44 destinations in 23 countries in the Americas.
Copa has one of the youngest fleets in the world, comprising 49 Boeing 737-700, Boeing 737-800 and Embraer 190AR.
The Panamanian airline, founded in 1947 is headquartered in Tocumen International Airport, the leading hub in the region.
