My knees bend only before God– suspended AG

Suspended Attorney General, Ana Matilde Gomez, said yesterday that she will not bow to the injustice being committed against her.

While attending the Eucharistic Citation XL, which took place at the Arena Roberto Duran.
Gomez said that for that reason she will be present at the preliminary hearing of her case, scheduled for  July 7.

"If they think I am going to break because they are condemning me, they are mistaken," she said.. "My knees bend only before God,"

She was suspended for having ordered a wiretapping operation to uncover a former prosecutor Arquimedes Saez, suspected of soliciting bribes.
