Widening of transport corridors under study

The Ministry of Public Works (MOP) is studying a $150million proposal to expand the number of lanes on both the Corredor Norte and Corredor Sur.
Public Works Minister Federico Suárez, said that the project would have a preliminary cost of $150 million, but it could end up being lower. It is  a fact, he said, that the Corridor Sur , has reached its maximum capacity.
