Festival Orchestra Tour hit by plane cancellations

Classical music fans awaiting the arrival of the the London Festival Orchestra will have to wait until at least July .

Their scheduled Latin American tour which was to have kicked off in Panama on April 26. at the Balboa Theatre fell victim to the European airlines shut down caused by volcanic ash from the eruption in Iceland.
This situation not only caused the cancellation of the activity in Panama, but the entire tour schedule including Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
The Orchestra is trying to schedule new dates for performances in all of the countries.
