Prince Andrew in Panama for trade and investment talks

Prince Andrew, Duke of York, is in Panama as a special representative of the United Kingdom’s Department of International Commerce and Investment.

He will meet with President Ricardo Martinelli, Vice-President Juan Carlos Varela, Commerce and Industry Minister Roberto Henriques and Alberto Vallarino Minister of Economy and Finance.
The Prince, who served in Britain’s Royal Navy as a helicopter pilot, is the second son of Queen Elizabeth II.
