Gomez call for review rejected by single judge

The call for a review of the suspension of Attorney General Ana Matilde Gomez was rejected within an hour by a single judge of the Supreme Court, Wilfredo Saenz..

The general secretary of the Attorney General’s Office, Rigoberto Gonzalez, questioned the decision.

 Thereview should be made by the the full Court. he said:  "The motion for reconsideration cannot be rejected by a single judge."

The Judicial Code provides for an appeal to the rest of the judges of the Supreme Court said Gonzalez .
