IF YOU HAVE recovered from the pressures of the holiday season where there often seems little time to relax and actually take tsit and chat with old friends, and perhaps make some new ones, January offers an early opportunity to do that with someone else doing the ground work while you enjoy the benefits.
The CanadaPLUS (Club) Foundation, kicks off its 2016 social and fund raising calendar with a 12th Night revel or frolic on Wednesday January 6, which will also mark its 6th birthday celebration at the Wyndham hotel in Albrook Mall.
There will be some surprise entertainment, music for dancing, a welcoming libation, a tombola and tasty snacks
- Turkey Avocado Wrap, Fish Ceviche, Salami & Grilled Vegetables In Ciabatta Bread, Chorizo Brushetta
- Cheese Patties,, Vegetable Quesadillas
- and of course a specially baked Neapolitan birthday cake.
- The fun starts at 7.30 pm.
- You will also be the first to hear of another packed year of evnts organized by CanadPLUS, including Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre
For members the price is $25, nonmembers $30 The dress is casual (long pants) for men, ladies casual elegant..
