17 shopping centers will join Panama Black Weekend
A total of 17 shopping centers will participate in the Panama Black Week , from September 14 to 18, that seeks to boost shopping tourism in the country.
The commercial activity is sponsored by the National Chamber of Tourism of Panama (CAMTUR) , the Panamanian Association of Shopping Centers (APACECOM) and the Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP).
The participation of more than 1,000 stores from the different shopping centers in the country is expected, which will open at regular hours starting at 10:00 am, with discounts of up to 70%.
An economic benefit of $100 million is anticipated.
The security forces will provide the necessary support for the activity to be carried out safely, and officials will guarantee compliance with the offers promoted by commercial premises
There is already confirmation of groups from Ecuador, Costa Rica,
Brazil, and Argentina, who see Panama as a place to purchase household appliances, jewelry, clothing, shoes and sports accessories at bargain prices.
Alliances have been made with airlines, hotels, tour operators, carriers and travel agencies to sell an all-inclusive package.
Among the shopping centers that will participate in this great promotion of offers and discounts are: Albrook Mall, Town Center, Soho Mall, Tower Center, Atrio Costa del Este, Westland Premium Outlets, Los Andes Mall, Alta Plaza Mall, Megamall, Balboa Boutique, Los Pueblos Shopping Center, Anclas Mall & Plaza, Atrio Mall, Paseo Central (Chitré), Chiriquí Mall and Santiago Mall.
