American driver  investigated after colliding with protestor

The Public Ministry has opened an investigation into U.S. citizen James Perry who allegedly  drove into a group of  maritime   protestors during a   demonstration on  Friday, October 16  in in the Pedregal district of David, Chiriquí report El Siglo

Fisherman Antonio Reyes, 40  suffered fractures and head injuries He is being held in the David regional hospital.
