Police blitz on  motorcycles

 

A Thursday morning   police blitz    saw dozens of motorcycles across the country   lifted by cranes onto waiting trucks

The operations were carried out by the National Directorate of Traffic Operations of the National Police (DNOT).

According to the authorities, the diligence will continue to prevent motorized vehicles from circulating without proper licenses.

In addition,  there are motorcycles without license plates and some  have several outstanding tickets

The director of Traffic Operations, Ismael Herrera, said that driving a four-wheeled vehicle is not the same as driving a two-wheeled vehicle. ” To date, between foreigners and Panamanians.,we have sanctioned around 4,800 motorcycles for different faults,
