Mayor pressuredover noisy Christmas party

Panama mayor, José Isabel  Blandón who will soon be soliciting votes to support his presidential candidacy , has promised to investigate if his office granted permission to the organizers of a “party” that was celebrated in the early hours  of December 25 on the grounds of the former Justo Arosemena Institute (IJA),  on via Israel .

However,  following  widespread  neighborhood complaints Blandón acknowledged that if  the activity had the  respective permit, “it is not an authorization to violate noise regulations.”
