Martinelli moves shameful – formerpresident

The attempt by Ricardo Martinelli to be listed as a candidate for election as a deputy  in the  2019 election is  “crazy”  and he should be seeking psychiatric help  said former president Pérez Balladares on Sunday, July 29

“It’s another clowning, another subterfuge to not face his trial. it is a way of looking for the electoral forum to deviate the process that is being followed.

What has happened with  Martinelli since he arrived [from jail in Miami]is truly pathetic, and shameful. He is truly unbalanced and should seek psychiatric help, “said  Pérez Balladares to supporters and members of the PRD in Dolega, Chiriquí, to advance his aspirations to become a presidential candidate.

Martinelli remains detained in El Renacer prison while facing faces legal proceedings for alleged interception of telecommunications to businessmen,  journalists politicians, and social communicators.
