THE PROCESS followed in the courts due to the bankruptcy of the group R. G. Hotels exposes once again, the inexcusable conduct of the judges of our Supreme Court.

ABS Trust, the administrator of the trust which must be guarantors   of $30 million, of bond and commercial paper requested the Third Administrative Chamber to move the process from Cocle to a court in the city of Panama.

Nine months have passed and the judge who has the paper has not decided yet.

Meanwhile, creditors of the company are still waiting helplessly for an answer.

This causes terrible damage to the financial image of the country and sends a signal that Panama may be breaking the law.

In addition, uncertainty makes an important sector of the economy to question the viability of the financial instrument used in this project.

It is time for the Court to act for the health of our economy and the good image of the country. Justice delayed is not justice.
