State authorities skip commitments to update records

85% OF PANAMA'S state institutions have not met their public commitment to keep their records updated including payroll and travel expenses.
For example ,  the National Assembly has not updated its information FOR TWO YEARS The same applies to the Agricultural Development Bank , the National Mortgage Bank and National Bingo says La Prensa
The Ministry of the Presidency, Social Development and Public Safety have not submitted reports for a year.
Some of the reports are not only outdated but have no content or lead to non-existent pages says La Prensa,
Abigail Benzadón , the Martinelli appointed executive secretary of the newly created Authority Transparency and Access to Information , hinted that state agencies are not required to register their details on the transparency node of Ombudsman, but through their respective websites.
