Expats seasonal night out for the hardy
The Entertainment scene with Zuleira
A sparkling night seasonal romp for Expats of all ages and sizes is set for Saturday, December 17.
Initiated by YEP (Young Expats in Panama) the event could be taken as a hands-across-the-generation gap exercise, or a challenge to mature staying powers.
Skyler Ralston, the dynamic brains behind YEP, has organized a seasonal spirits lifter (yes, that is a double entendre) at a newly opened disco-cum-nightclub, for Saturday December 17, and has thrown open an invitation to members of the CanadaPLUS Club and Amsoc (American Society of Panama) to attend.
If you arrive between 7 and 11 there is no cover charge, just say YEP, and you will get your drinks at special prices. The party, complete with live DJ, a gambling game and prizes goes on until 3 am, so gird up you loins, accept the challenge, and head for the Pink Zone, … that’s the swinging area around Calle Uruguay.
The two floor Alta Bar, on Calle 48 is the latest swinging “in” place for the late night crowd. If you can't stand the heat or the pace, people watching is ok. The welcome sign is on the door.
