The Panamanian soil has been stained with the blood of a tragedy: the horror of El Terrón, which manifests the violence unleashed in the absence of State action.
What has happened to the billions of dollars spent on the Opportunities Network, the Universal Scholarship, and other grants? In the case of the region, the killing adds to a legacy of death of children due to "natural causes" of whooping cough and tuberculosis, because they were not vaccinated; In addition, there is the loss of lives of teachers and nurses crossing flooded rivers and a rosary of social indicators of hunger, disease and illiteracy.
Religious fanaticism could cause deaths in the region thanks to the prolonged abandonment of the State. The tragedies Panamanians endure are not acts of God, but human decisions or omissions that in a short or long chain of events, the outcome of the shedding of the blood of many innocents.
Although the effective response of the authorities and other agents of to such a tragedy must be recognized, perhaps the ceilings of lost hope or the new schools that were never built would have changed the history of this abandoned and excluded community for decades

Panama | NEWSROOM PANAMA does not allow my paragraphs: I tried paragraphs and numerations with my factual texts and the news media publication for commentaries mish mash the whole comment. What you see is what you get...from a third world Country! Does anyone really think NEWSROOM PANAMA is going to invest that much effort into structuring paragraphs for their commentators...need bribes, remember? I suppose I could write an article as such on a proposal for paragraphs but that may be pushing my luck with my nuisance comments...as a thorn on their side.
George, I have a constructive suggestion. Introduce paragraphs in your postings. One long, unbroken paragraph is less inviting to potential readers than several short graphs.
Yes, I pressed about 6 times, attempting to correct a grammatical error. There was a delay and tried to force the entry of the text...and took up space. A little sensitive to typos especially at the beginning of my specialty with investigating government corruptions at an international level. Government corruption is not what most people think by the way. Behind it the... illuminati and clandestine drug infiltration of disguised government officials among others. The good thing about all this personal publication...it get results without any homework! When I mentioned how I did not have an education in Panama as a child and only spoke English here in the United States... in some apparent coincidence, it was found that 800 other Panamanian children suffer the neglect and abandonment of an education. Panama made an adjustment to provide the 800 children with the books and clothes needed to look the part and attend the schools. What a coincidence for a diatribe commentator!
Panama | Captain: A Blog or Not a Blog...That is the Question!? The Blog...an uncertainty as to effective news media circulation. The current Latin news media is the crux of the main issues. Readers of my diatribes are in the few hundreds and should be effective enough. So far...266 a slight increase from the date when I began the comments. Over time the viewer hits increase. The comments on many of the articles... Believe it or Not...has critical information in a certain format. Information is of critical international importance! Example: News media publish... President Trump has put the economy at risk, farmers are losing business to China, etc. Readers say, Oh...Trump is ruining the economy and voters poll goes down for Trump. News media does not state in simple terms the risk to the U.S. economy in market competition. Of course, I'm not going to state...the risk to the U.S. economy in market competition because the readers will say...so? Rather than say, I think Trump is better than any other president and criticizing others... I just state the facts! Facts are basic reasons of an argument and how we all love to argue! Most readers and critics see the flood of information the news media does not provide and yes... some or many will ignore it. The government does not ignore it...try mentioning 'National Security Risk' with a... List of facts! The government wants to know and wants to know the individual with this knowledge. Now, I... and I mean...I find myself in a whole different ball game with the world's politics! Something must be working! Because, the information is critical and...ALL...ties together in the subject matter of the.... United States and global international community. I know, I may be delusional...coincidentally, I had the investigators or (government officials) at my door. I let them in and showed them my wonderfully organized room from Washington. Not exactly dressed in a suit and tie mind you. I broke no laws and I am basically to them in the words of former president Obama... 'he lives in a cocoon!' and something about facts can distort a reality. Delusions and coincidence? So, yes, let's talk about Trump's lousy polls...boring! Who is George Klk...A man of diatribes taking up space...get yourself a blog...boring! Did you know that in Latin America the government itself is infiltrated by... organized crime syndicates with drug operations affecting Panama? Who in the world would know that information? The news media? The general public? Is it important? Let's just say...general public ignorance can play into major wars with wrong historic information!
George please start your own blog so we don’t have to see your diatribes I know we all skip them but it does take up space. Especially when you press enter twice.
