Two run down in separate incidents bring road deaths to 199

Diogenes Alcides Castillo 57  and Andy Espinoza, 52,  run over by speeding vehicles in separate incidents on Thursday night September 12 in Chiriqui died at the Rafael Hernández de David Regional Hospital. Castillo arrived at the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in the district of Gualaca. Espinoza was run down in the  Bugaba district Traffic authorities are investigating both incidents which bring road fatalities in Chiriqui this year to 35 and the national total to 199.
