The 19-year-old Panamanian who got his kicks outs out of fondling the butts of women in malls, and posting videos of his attacks on the internet, was placed under house arrest by San Miguelito judge of Guarantees, Yimajara Pedroza, on Tuesday, November 19.

He has also been ordered to receive psychological treatment and banned from using social media.

He was also charged with gender violence to the detriment of a woman who had filed a complaint.

The defense of the victims requested that the hearing be held without media presence and it was requested that the name of the accused and his other information (ID, address, etc.) not be disclosed.

The prosecutor requested that details of the victims also be withheld.

The San Miguelito Regional Prosecutor said that there was already a complaint about the individual for the alleged commission of gender violence, for the items that were seen on social networks. The complaint had been filed on November 13.
