New Coronavirus cases in Panama, in the first days of July, totaled 8,666  a daily average of 962  according to the Ministry of Health (Minsa).

Between June 1 and 9, 3,770 cases were reported, for a daily average of 418 cases;

In addition, if the percentage of positivity of the tests applied is taken into account, in those nine days of June it was 29.64% and in July 34.90%.

So far in July 208 deaths have been recorded; In the 30 days of June there were 295.

Until Thursday  the Minsa reported that 42,216 cases have been confirmed in Panama since the virus arrived in the country last March, and 839  have died.
