The average low IQ in Panama is 84. How can the Chinese expect that Panamanians will be able to comprehend Mandarin? The Chicoms actually rate high on the IQ scale despite their failed ideology. I think a few Spanish speaking Chicom task masters would be a more sensible solution.

Here's hoping that we see more Chinese sensibilities here. It will be far better than the ugly americanisms that have been insidiously creeping into Panama.

Fitting the Panama wants to appease their Chinese masters but shouldn't they first bring in some Spanish teachers from Spain and learn how to speak proper Spanish?
