Cable Onda, the Panama subsidiary of Millicon, plans an issuance of unsecured senior bonds, subject to international market conditions, with  Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan as global coordinators.

Cable Onda has informed the market that it expects revenues of for the first nine months between $313 million and $ 315 million, and a profit, before taxes, that could be between $149 million to $151 million.
