30 virus deaths in one day raise total to 893

Another 30 Panamanian families are in mourning as the daily death tally from coronavirus soared on Saturday, July 11 bringing the total deaths from March 9 to 893.

It was  a day when 1,075 new positive cases, raised the accumulated total to  44,332 with a 2.00% fatality rate. according to the Ministry of Health (Minsa).

There are 21,269.  active cases with 1,094 hospitalized – 936 in wards and 158 in intensive care.
