Blandon distances himself from Mayor Bosco

PANAMA MAYORALTY candidate Jose Isabel Blandon says that unlike failed Mayor Bosco Vallarino he is preparing himself for the job. Vallarino became mayor in 2009 and resigned in January 2012.

 "Bosco and I are completely different people. He became mayor by chance, without being prepared for it. I took two years of consultations. The Panameñista also referred to the election of environmental activist,Raisa Banfield, as his candidate for Deputy Mayor.
