PANAMA’S SUPREME Court President Jose Ayu Prado said Thursday October 9, that the Institution expects justice to clarify and settle soon the process surrounding his colleague and former Court President, Alejandro Moncada Moon.
“The Supreme Court is concerned about everything that surrounds this complaint that has been filed and is being aired in the bar of the National Assembly,” he said.
He explained that they have addressed the issue in at least three meetings. The latest was today without the presence of Moncada Luna, who did not show.
“The Court has in a previous statement issued that clearly is very concerned about what is happening,” he added.
