Panama Prosecution Reveals that the Murder Motive of a Swiss-Spanish Businessman was the Theft of 77 Kilos of Silver.
Three people were charged with homicide, as alleged perpetrators of the crime that occurred on April 15 in Llano Bonito, Juan Díaz.
The murder of Swiss-Spanish businessman Miguel González, perpetrated on April 15, was motivated by the theft of a shipment of 77 kilos of silver, valued at $300,000. These facts came to light during the hearing held on the afternoon of Thursday, September 3, in which Aristides Ardines, Christopher Robert, and Yasury Elizabeth Gómez were formally charged with homicide.
The prosecution identifies them as the alleged perpetrators of the crime. During the arraignment and arrest hearing, held at the offices of the First Judicial District of Panama, in Plaza Ágora, Judge Oris Medina accepted the request submitted by the Public Ministry.
